Our aim is to keep things as uncomplicated as possible. As such, the process we undertake with every project can be broken down into six, simple steps.

GET TO KNOW YOU
You and your family’s needs are entirely individual, so our process begins with understanding how you live and use your space. You can book or simply pop in for a face-to-face appointment with one of our experienced design team, where we take the time to explore your routines, priorities and aspirations.
We listen carefully to your ideas and ask considered questions to shape a clear, detailed design brief. This thoughtful foundation allows us to create a kitchen that is not only beautifully designed, but precisely tailored to the way you live every day.
02.
DESIGN YOUR DREAM
Once we have a clear understanding of your brief, we create a completely bespoke design shaped around your priorities, your space and the way you live. Every element is considered to meet the requirements you’ve outlined, along with thoughtful details and refinements you may not yet have imagined.
We present your proposal using realistic 3D visuals, carefully guiding you through the layout, materials and technical decisions so you understand not only how it looks, but why it works.
From there, it becomes a collaborative refinement process. Your feedback is invaluable, and you will be able to explore samples in person and take home swatches to see how colours and finishes sit within your own lighting and décor before making final decisions.
03.
MANUFACTURE LOCALLY
Once you are completely happy with your design, your kitchen moves into production at our factory in Exeter, located directly behind our showroom. Keeping manufacturing on site allows us to maintain close control over quality, timescales and attention to detail.
Each cabinet is assembled by hand by our skilled team, with mechanisms, drawers and doors expertly fitted in the factory to ensure accuracy and consistency. This preparation streamlines the installation process in your home and guarantees the standard you expect from a bespoke kitchen.
When ready, your kitchen is delivered by our own dedicated two man transport team. Experienced, professional and fully briefed on your project, they ensure every component is handled with care and positioned correctly on site, ready for installation.

04.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We understand that every kitchen project is different, and flexibility is essential. You may choose for us to design and supply your kitchen, or opt for our full project management service for a more comprehensive approach.
Should you require it, we coordinate a trusted network of experienced subcontractors, including builders, plumbers, plasterers and electricians. From preparatory works through to final finishing touches, we can oversee each stage to ensure your project runs smoothly, efficiently and with complete continuity.
05.
SKILLFULLY INSTALL
Our installation team has been with us for many years and know our kitchens inside out. Their familiarity with our cabinetry, construction methods and detailing ensures every element is fitted precisely as intended.
From period properties with cob walls to characterful homes with uneven floors, they are experienced in navigating the quirks that come with real buildings, resolving challenges calmly and expertly as they arise.
Just as importantly, they work with professionalism and care, treating your home and family life with respect throughout the installation process.
