GET TO KNOW YOU
You and your family’s needs are unique and in order to meet those needs, we’ll spend time getting to know you and your routines. Ideally, this will take place via video call or face-to-face appointment, depending on your preference. We will listen to your ideas and thoughts so far, and will ask various questions in order to create a design brief to work from.
1.
DESIGN YOUR DREAM
Based on what we’ve learnt about you, we’ll create a one-off design that ticks every box you specified, and hopefully some you weren’t even aware of. We’ll present this to you using realistic 3D visuals and explain the reasons behind the design. Then, it’s over to you for your feedback. You can also view samples and takeaway swatches to help you come to your final décor decisions.
2.
HOW WE WORK
Our aim is to keep things as uncomplicated as possible. As such, the process we undertake with every project can be broken down into six, simple steps.
MANUFACTURE LOCALLY
Once happy with your design, your kitchen will go into production. The factory in which we make our kitchens is right behind the kitchen showroom in Exeter. We are currently manufacturing as normal, with all the necessary COVID-19 safety regulations in place to protect our staff.
Our skilled factory staff will assemble each of your cabinets by hand, fitting mechanisms, drawers and doors so that installation in your home takes less time.
Your kitchen will then by delivered by our own transport team, ensuring it is handled with the necessary care.
3.
PROJECT MANAGE
We understand the importance of flexibility when undertaking a kitchen project. We can either simply design and supply your kitchen or to provide our full project management service. We work with an array of subcontractors including builders, plumbers, plasterers and electricians, which we can coordinate as required, pre and post kitchen installation.

5.
SKILLFULLY INSTALL
Our fitting team have been with us for years and literally know our kitchens inside out. They’ve seen it all in terms of cob walls and wonky floors and deftly deal with any issues.
Not only are they skillful, they are respectful of your family and home.
