TERMS & CONDITIONS

The promoter is: System Six Kitchens. System Six Kitchens is a trading name of System 6 Kitchens Ltd (company no.1902921) whose registered office is at 3-4 Christow Road, Marsh Barton, Exeter, Devon, EX2 8QP.
 

  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over whom have purchased a kitchen from System Six Kitchens.
     

  • The entrant must have purchased a kitchen from System Six Kitchens to enter the competition.
     

  • By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
     

  • Route to entry for the competition is by tagging @SystemSixKitchens or #SystemSixKitchens completed kitchen photographs in either Facebook or Instagram photos or videos.
     

  • Multiple entries will be accepted per kitchen purchaser. Multiple entries from the same person will be accepted and will increase their chances of winning. Each post counts as an individual entry.
     

  • The competition commences on Tuesday 18/07/23 at 8am. Closing date and time for entry will be Monday, 31/08/23 at 4pm. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
     

  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
     

  • The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: the entrant will tag @SystemSixKitchens and use #SystemSixKitchens on Facebook/or Instagram with a photograph(s) of their System Six Kitchens kitchen. Their Facebook and or Instagram name will be entered into a draw with the other entrants. On Tuesday 01/09/23 (1) one name will be drawn and will win the competition. There is only (1) one winner. The name will be drawn at random.
     

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
     

  • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

    The prize is as follows:
     

  • One £1000 voucher for Darts Farm in Topsham, England.
     

  • The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
     

  • The winner(s) will be notified either email, and/or phone/or social media direct message. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by 5pm on Friday 30/09/23, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize.
     

  • The promoter will notify the winner when the prize can be collected. The prize must be collected by the winner in person, from the System Six Kitchens showroom premises. The winner must provide proof of identity when collecting the prize.
     

  • The promoter’s decision regarding all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
     

  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
     

  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity and marketing material, as well as their entry images. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
     

  • The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@s6k.co.uk
