As many of you are aware all the staff at System Six kitchens love a Cake or two. We host a Cake sale and coffee morning every September to raise money MacMillan Cancer Support. Lots of our team turn into star bakers and create some gorgeous cakes. So the Great British Bake Off is an amazing inspiration to our team.
This year the Great British Bake Off (GBBO) competition looks tough. The GBBO bakers all look like winners, we asked Ian Foster, our CEO and Donna Pagliero, our Marketing Assistant, to select their predicted winners.
Benjamina Could she win #GBBO

Ian said on his choice of winner: "I have chosen Benjamina. My choice was based on her baking since she was a child and looking at her profile she's got an eye for detail and is a perfectionist."
Selasi, Could he win #GBBO?
Donna's Predicted Winner
Donna said on her choice of winner: "My predicted winner is Selasi. He just seems unflappable, a cool operator. On Wednesday's Episode he made a slight mistake of leaving Cinnamon out of his sponge mix for his Drizzle cake. Instead of panicking he decided to add the cinnamon to the Drizzle. This is often what happens in my own cooking at home, mistakes create delicious alternatives."
