These customers came to us seeking practical yet aesthetic storage solutions that would celebrate the high ceilings and large windows of their gorgeous townhouse near the Torquay Seafront. Discover how we helped them create their ideal blue shaker kitchen.
THE BREIF
Our customer was looking to make the most of their high ceilings to maximise storage opportunities. They requested an open unit inspired by what that they had seen on Pinterest. It was important to them that the spaces within the unit were asymmetrical, and the rest was entrusted to our experienced designer, Steve.
THE EXECUTION
We set to work custom designing this blue shaker style kitchen – many of the components are completely unique to this kitchen, including a bespoke shelving unit which perfectly houses their appliances and means no space has been wasted. This large-scale shelving unit was delivered in one assembled piece and fits perfectly within the space thanks to Steve’s meticulous attention to detail. By opting for an overhanging worktop for the island, we’ve created a social space with bar seating for the client and their friends to enjoy.
