MODERN FARMHOUSE IN-FRAME KITCHEN
The customer came to System Six Kitchens looking for the perfect in-frame kitchen to compliment the rest of their family home, located in a small village near Dartmoor.
CHOOSING THE PERFECT IN-FRAME KITCHEN
Our customers came to the showroom with a view to finding an in-frame style kitchen but were unsure of how this would fit the layout of their kitchen. They knew that the kitchen would need to work around their existing range cooker and that they wanted to incorporate an island with seating. They sat down with our Kitchen Designer, Anna Coles, who showed them our dedicated in-frame range Elegance – which they loved in the dark Painted Graphite colourway.
THE TAP THAT DOES IT ALL
Having initially considered an American-style fridge with chilled water, the customers ending up opting for the Quooker tap This was introduced to them by Anna, after deciding that the fridge would detract from the overall aesthetic they were aiming for.
The Quooker tap provides boiling, sparkling and chilled water as if it’s straight from the fridge – allowing the customers to integrate their fridge and freezer without sacrificing their vision.
THE RESULT
Our Kitchen Designer, Anna, was able to create an elegant and modern farmhouse in-frame kitchen that demonstrates the highest design quality in bespoke kitchen craftmanship on the market. The traditional Saltram door with its wood grain and double cockbead detailing shows the attention to detail that has gone into designing this family space.
Elements such as the Oak larder with its spice racks, Belfast sinks and glazed glass wall cupboards contribute to the overall luxe chic aesthetic. The Unistone Carrara Misterio worktops chosen by the customers provide the perfect contrast to the trendy dark cabinets.
The island features an in-built tea sink with its high-end Quooker tap and also an under-mounted Caple Drinks Fridge. Surrounded by padded grey leather bar stools, it’s the perfect place for our customers to eat, drink and socialise with loved ones.
