PASTEL BAMPTON KITCHEN
Set within a rural Somerset farmhouse, this kitchen is the heart of family life. Designed by Anna Coles, the space needed to be both hardworking and homely, creating a place for the family to gather at the end of a long day on the farm while offering all the practicality that busy living demands.
THE DESIGN
The cabinetry is from our Bampton collection, finished in Vintage Pink and Viridian for a striking yet balanced look. This bold pairing creates instant personality, with deep Viridian grounding the design and Vintage Pink adding softness and charm. A large central island anchors the space, providing generous worktop areas for cooking, baking and socialising. Push-to-open glass cabinets with integrated LED lighting enhance the design’s modern edge, while a Quooker boiling water tap adds convenience and efficiency.
THE RESULT
The completed kitchen perfectly complements its countryside setting while feeling refreshingly modern. The combination of handcrafted cabinetry, oak accents, and quartz worktops creates a space that is both elegant and enduringly practical. Natural light, soft LED illumination and the inviting colour palette bring warmth and depth, turning the kitchen into a true focal point of the home.

Hidden behind a pair of large Bampton doors lies one of the home’s standout features: a walk-in pantry finished entirely in Vintage Pink. Inside, every element has been designed for both beauty and practicality. Oak shelving, a spice rack, LED lighting and a quartz worktop create an organised and inviting workspace. At the far end sits a bespoke Baker’s cabinet housing a pink KitchenAid, mirroring the main kitchen’s colour scheme and adding a personal touch.
