With nearly 50 years of experience, System Six Kitchens is a family-run manufacturer and retailer of stylish, bespoke kitchens and bedrooms.
Your role will be to meet with new trade customers to discuss their project requirements where you will gather information to ascertain specification, budget and timeframes. You will be able to quickly establish the level of involvement the builder wishes for us to have with their customer and be able to manage the project from start to completion whilst delivering outstanding customer service.
You will facilitate showroom visits to showcase our product, you will be able to conduct home or site measures to obtain room dimensions before using our state-of-the-art CAD software to produce compelling visuals. You will be able to confidently discuss all aspects of pricing with the builder and close the sale.
Responsibilities
Play the lead role in building relationships with trade customers and property developers
Able to grow the trade account base through proactive business development and strong account management of current accounts.
Ensuring customer deposits and final payments are collected on time and ahead of delivery
Ensure customer packs are completed to a high degree of accuracy
Partake in meetings with customers and trades to discuss the project
Meet sales targets year on year whilst offering an exceptional customer service
Liaise with back-office staff to ensure customer orders are processed with 100% accuracy.
Report on sales figures to Commercial Sales Manager and Sales Director when required
Requirements
A minimum of two years' sales experience
Kitchen industry knowledge / design experience is preferred but not essential
Business Development background advantageous
Excellent fact-finding skills and ability to qualify and close leads month on month
A proven ability to achieve and exceed monthly and annual company sales targets
Drive and ambition to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Must hold a full valid driving licence
Reporting To: Charlie Roberts (Commercial Sales Manager)
Hours of work: 08:00 to 16:30 Monday-Thursday, 08:00 to 15:30 Friday
Salary: Salary plus commission structure with realistic OTE £40k (uncapped)
