Our Order Processing team keep in contact with customers from quotation through to delivery. Regular communication regarding their orders enables forward planning of manpower and storage.
The order processing team is kept up to date with industry and product changes through regular training and can often be found on the production line observing manufacturing process in action.
Members of the team are able to offer customers an in depth knowledge of our products, but if you do need assistance of a more technical nature then our Production Manager is never far away.
