Burbidge Bespoke Painted Service

Burbidge have recently announced the launch of a new and unique service designed to help retailers offer something special to their customers. The Burbidge Bespoke painted service enables customers to bring in any painted swatch colour that they choose (Dulux, Farrow & Ball, Crown etc) and they will match this colour for a truly, individual kitchen look.

Burbidge will accurately match your customer's colour swatch and provide a painted veneered oak A4 sample for approval. Once the customer is satisfied, they will manufacture this tailored finish in 3 weeks for a surcharge of 10%. This service is available in their painted timber ranges, namely Erin, Kemble, Kinsale, Lansdowne, Petworth and Tetbury.

Burbidge have also launched their new on line tool "Colour My Way". Available by clicking here, you will be able to show your customer their chosen door style in any one of the 15 standard painted colours currently available and have the ability to change the colour and door style accordingly.

Important Notification Concerning PWS Avant Ebony and TK Components Discontinued Lines

We regret to inform you that we have received notification from PWS of the immediate cessation of supply of the current Avant Ebony PVC foil. Below you will see details of the supply situation of the current product and its re-introduction in a new PET foil.

Current Avant Ebony

•  PWS have doors and accessories available for approximately 3-4 months supply.
•  PWS have extremely short supply of 28mm tall end panels and only 2 months stock currently of 18mm tall end panels.

New Avant Ebony

•  PWS will have a replacement foil available for supply in early September. We will advise exact availability information in early August.
•  The new PET foil is a very close match to the existing PVC Avant Ebony, so will not require a display change. However, to ensure no matching issues, we will not be mixing stock and will launch 'New' Avant Ebony on new codes, though with the same name.
•  Pricing will not change.

NEW PWS Le Mans Single Tray Unit

PWS have recently introduced the new Le Mans Single Tray Unit pictured here. As with all of the Le Mans mechanisms, this corner storage solution brings the shelf out to you when the door is opened, in an effortless sequence of movements. The mech has an anti-slip chrome shelf which can be positioned in 2 places on the axle before drilling the arm to the cabinet. With a silver frame, chrome baskets and integrated soft stop, the new mech is suitable for drawer-line units and the shelf has a load capacity of 20kg.

PLEASE NOTE:
The codes that have been previously used by PWS for their Le Mans products have now changed. The pricing associated with the old codes is now incorrect and your quotations will be inaccurate, eg, if the old code was KLM500SCR you would now need to use the code K2LM500SCR.

Our newly updated online ordering system has been creating quite a stir. Having taken on board customers’ comments fed back to us over the past few months we are now able to offer you a totally unique experience with online ordering. We will continue to develop the portal even further and have some very exciting additions which we are currently working on, but we would like to highlight below some of the new features for you as it stands at the moment.

Product Search
Know how to use Google Search? Our new search facility works in exactly the same way enabling you to search for a cabinet/door/hinge/etc without the need for a product manual or code. If you want a 500 base unit, simply ask for it and all your options will appear listed in order of popularity and the doors will be automatically added for you. As always you can then make any changes to the units that you want for width, depth and height.

Inframe
Inframe kitchens have been quite difficult in the past to order online but we are now able to offer you a straight forward solution. Once you have chosen your door style, you simply enter a description of the unit you require and the system will do the rest for you matching the carcass to the door. You’ll see instantly from the items returned that the cabinets are all suitable for an Inframe door.

Door Supplier
Uncertain which door to choose? Simply enter the suppliers name and view their door range. Or just search all of the suppliers ranges for, say, a shaker door, price group or what painted options might be available to you. We are still working on uploading some images so please bear with us.

As you all know by now, System Six will be at KBB in Birmingham this coming March.
